Coaching from someone who's lived it

I'm Anneloes, a certified personal trainer (EREPS Level 4) and sports nutrition specialist with a handball background. I coach 150+ women online from Bali, Phuket and the Netherlands, on training, nutrition and mindset. I left a corporate career to do this full time, because I believe strong women deserve coaching that respects their real lives, not a 5am-or-nothing mentality.
