My journey started in sports at a young age and evolved into over 20+ years of training experience, combined with continuous education and certifications in Personal Training (EREPS Level 4) and Sports Nutrition.

I believe real transformation goes beyond workouts. It’s about having the right plan, staying consistent, training smart, and supporting your body with proper nutrition — not fighting it with extremes or quick fixes.
